Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive policy briefs, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate research findings to decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and academic experts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, such as roundtables, workshops, and consultations, shaping the policy discourse.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia, demonstrating expertise in data-driven policy solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software (Stata/R/Python) and ability to manage complex research projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
