Job Title: Intensive Care Physician

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in ICU and Emergency settings.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Illness Management: Deliver compassionate care to critically ill patients, including ventilation management, central line insertion, and intubation.
  • Multidisciplinary Case Management: Manage cases involving trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and physicians for integrated patient management.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff and junior doctors.
  • Patient Safety and Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Clinical Discussions and Quality Improvement: Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.

  • Intensive Care Expertise: Qualified Intensive Care Medicine Specialist with valid registration.
  • Clinical Acumen and Decision-Making: Strong clinical acumen and decision-making ability under pressure.
