Senior Training Specialist

A vital component of our instructional team, the Senior Training Specialist is accountable for delivering high-quality training programs to employees in a BPO/KPO industry setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Provision:
    • Conduct comprehensive New Hire Training (NHT) for fresh recruits, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
    • Deliver tailored refresher training sessions for existing staff, enhancing their skills and improving performance.
    • Lead product/process knowledge sessions, providing employees with an in-depth understanding of organizational processes and procedures.
    • Train employees on interpersonal skills, customer service etiquette, and regulatory standards, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Content Creation:
    • Prepare engaging training materials, manuals, and documentation, guaranteeing all content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to employee needs.
    • Customize training modules based on client or process requirements, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Evaluation & Feedback:
    • Evaluate trainees through assessments, mock calls, and role-plays, assessing their skills and knowledge acquisition.
    • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Certify agents before deployment, confirming they meet required standards.
  • Curriculum Design & Development:
    • Create customized training modules, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content specific to the product, ensuring all material is informative and easy to understand.
    • Collaborate with the client or product team to update content regularly, reflecting changes in the market, industry, or organizational policies.
    • Develop FAQs, knowledge bases, and mock scenarios for hands-on learning, providing employees with practical experience and real-world applications.
