Unlock Customer Insights

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect, you will lead initiatives to unlock customer insights and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

  • You will design, architect, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to drive business growth.
  • Define data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming technologies such as Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and Databricks.
