Job OverviewThe Sales & Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey. This includes handling customer calls, following up with them regularly, resolving issues, collecting feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction via emails, calls, and chat channels. Logistics and order management are also integral parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective call handling, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
