Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with designers and influence the creative process with data-backed insights to translate customer behavior into category offerings.
  • Lead market visits with the team to study competitor offerings and retail execution.
Category Focus:

Understand customer behavior, aspirations, activity-based requirements, and lifestyle trends to develop effective category strategies.

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of market pricing, offers, and assortment strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget for the Footwear category, ensuring maximum ROI.
