Footwear Design Specialist

Transform the future of footwear design by joining our pioneering team. We're seeking a talented Footwear Design Specialist to spearhead innovative 3D design concepts and revolutionize sportswear for India's next generation.

The Role:

  • We need a creative problem-solver who can accelerate our design, prototyping, and launch processes with cutting-edge 3D models.
  • As a Footwear Design Specialist, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create photorealistic 3D models, reducing samples and waste while enhancing storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Innovation & Visualization
  • Develop high-quality 3D footwear models, textures, and materials across lifestyle and performance categories.
  • Translate 2D sketches, mood boards, and design briefs into realistic renders.
  • Explore multiple colourways, materials, and detailing options digitally before prototyping.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Work closely with footwear designers and developers to ensure accuracy in construction, proportion, and manufacturability.
  • Support product line managers with visual tools for faster decision-making and consumer testing.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create product storytelling assets using 3D visuals.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in footwear design, with at least 3 years specializing in 3D footwear creation.
  • Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, Substance Painter, CLO3D, Modo, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and ergonomics.
  • Ability to balance creativity with technical precision.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and process improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
