About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js and Express.js, with a strong focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs.

  • The successful candidate will optimize server and database performance, implement effective caching strategies, and handle authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and RBAC.
  • They will work collaboratively with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • A key responsibility will be to mentor junior developers, conduct regular code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high system reliability.
  • The chosen candidate will also contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • In addition, they will stay up-to-date with industry trends, backend best practices, and emerging technologies.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and related technologies.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in optimizing server and database performance, implementing caching strategies, and handling authentication and authorization.
  • Ability to work effectively with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with experience in conducting code reviews and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends, backend best practices, and emerging technologies.
