
Senior Documentation Coordinator

The Document Matching Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of confirmation matches within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to document matching.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement regular controls to minimize operational failure, including fraud risks.
- Ensure timely and accurate matching of SWIFT confirmations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant documentation controls, including MT 300, MT 320, and third-party platforms like Mysis and GTSS.
- Escalate issues promptly to management and ensure reliable records are maintained.
- Meet set KPIs and contribute to project management.
Technical Competencies:
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in document matching via SWIFT.
