Job Description

Fusion HCM Payroll Consultants play a pivotal role in integrating payroll systems and ensuring seamless operations. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing technical feasibility against business requirements to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Defining technical design documents that capture functional designs or business requirements for payroll integration.
  • Collaborating with functional teams to build prototypes that demonstrate payroll system capabilities.
  • Developing code packages and migrating them to different environments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Creating HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders that streamline payroll data processing.
  • Utilizing OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity that inform payroll strategies.
Technical Skills
  • Payroll elements fast formulas and costing setup to optimize payroll processes.
  • Payroll flows checklists and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Understanding of Payroll tables Payroll PayRun results to analyze payroll performance.
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations validations and element configurations Balance Initialization and validation of formulas to improve payroll integrity.
  • HCM Data loader HDL HCM spreadsheet data loader HSDL to automate payroll data processing.
