Job Description

We are seeking a motivated UI/UX Design Intern to build solid UX & UI skills and gain hands-on experience with design systems under senior designers' guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in design system maintenance: Update Figma components, tokens, and documentation
  • Support UI production: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction
  • Participate in user testing: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Attend stand-ups and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams
  • Uphold accessibility standards: Learn WCAG principles and apply them to interface tweaks and redlines

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, HCI, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools (coursework or personal projects acceptable)
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment
