Lead Workforce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader to spearhead our workforce transformation initiatives.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to drive business outcomes through innovative data-driven solutions, client engagement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational performance through data analytics and Gen AI enabled solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and driving business growth.
- Proven track record as a senior leader in business data analysis and people management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Gen AI in workforce transformation, workforce and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in building frameworks, survey design, and insight generation.
- Fluency in English required; additional language capabilities advantageous.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for innovation and excellence.
