Job Opportunity

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the closeout process across various project stages.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate, manage, and coordinate all steps necessary for project closeout, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members to verify the accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through RMA processes, ensuring all items are appropriately recorded in warehouses and PeopleSoft systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with project-assigned Video Quality Auditors and Project Controls teams to facilitate accurate true-up and turnover documentation.
  • Assist scoping teams in promoting RFDS for scopes where drone inspections are not required and serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivering SAQ CADs to quality teams, ensuring they are appropriately filed in site folders.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to scoping teams as necessary.
  • Own final turnover packages, which include reviewing turnover deliverables submitted by General Contractors (GC), regularly following up with GCs regarding deliverables, and either suggesting minor corrections or rejecting unacceptable documents for revision.
  • Act as sole approver for closeout processes in PeopleSoft, new Purchase Orders will be assigned to Closeout Coordinators as needed in Smartsheet systems.
  • Manage all JVizion tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes.
  • Occasionally follow up on punch list items.
  • Monitor EHS tasks to achieve W002015 actual results.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • 2+ years of industry experience required.
  • A good understanding of engineering concepts required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications required.
  • Engineering certification in related disciplines preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard materials preferred.
  • Construction management background.
  • Telecommunication experience of any kind (Broadband, Telecom, Broadcast, etc.).
  • Construction Estimators.
  • Ability to support US Eastern Time Zone.
Education:

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience.
