Network Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Solutions Specialist to drive channel sales and develop effective sales strategies.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore for a Network Solutions, OEM Alliance, Channel Partner position.
  • The candidate will work closely with sales teams and partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • You will be responsible for business planning, managing relationships with channel partners, and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product teams/vendors to create bespoke network solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Work with Third-Party Providers to create and freeze Bills of Material.
  • Assess and understand client business requirements and translate them into formal network solution requirements.
  • Develop convincing solution strategies for current, intermediate, and future modes of operations, including migration approaches.
  • Design and develop end-to-end network solution designs that meet agreed-upon requirements while considering economic parameters and competition.
  • Participate in due diligence meetings to gather information and defend proposed techno-commercial solutions as part of the pre-sales process.
  • Prepare proposal documents, including pricing sheets, solution presentations, and contractual documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, features, licensing, architecture, and prices.

Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Network Solutions/Presales.
  • Expertise in Cisco as the primary OEM, with knowledge of Juniper, Arista, Versa, Fortinet, and HP considered advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in creating presentations, and working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Any graduate with technical expertise and relevant certifications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of DC-LAN (Tiered designs, Leaf/Spine, VXLAN, DCI, SDN-ACI/NSX), WAN (SDWAN- Viptela/VeloCloud /Versa/Aruba), Campus LAN, Wireless, WLAN, Routing Protocols-BGP/OSPF, Switching /Tunneling communication (i.e., IPsec/VXLAN/GRE), Load Balancer -F5, Network Knowledge of Automation with Ansible/Python/Terraform, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, BOM/BOQ creation etc.
  • Proficient in Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, and Cisco ACI, with the ability to create Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Familiarity with Fortinet, Versa, HP, Juniper, and automation tools such as Python and Ansible is advantageous.
