Job Title: Technical Infrastructure SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations professional to manage our client's Azure infrastructure. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring performance, availability, and stability across multiple data centers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in high-value customer engagement as a security expert in your assigned vertical.
  • Deploy, build, and manage Virtual Machines, PaaS services like Analytics, and automation within the Azure Cloud environment.
  • Lead and act as an SME for Azure platforms (IaaS, Intune/Autopilot) within the IT operations team.
  • Collaborate with development/analytics teams to deploy and operate systems, helping automate and streamline IT operations processes.
  • Implement intake requests with efficiency, including decommissioning On-Prem infrastructure and moving it to Cloud or PaaS.
  • Develop plans for system upgrades, enhancements, and create architectural diagrams.
  • Manage Voice Platforms; MS Teams and Cisco UC suite of tools (UCCX/CUCM).
  • Share knowledge through daily, weekly, and monthly sessions to enhance technical skills for the Service Desk team.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in computer science and IT principles.
  • A degree in IT or computer science, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Up to 7 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration.
  • Industry knowledge of best practices in automation and DevOps is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Azure Certification is essential (AZ100 or AZ300 preferred).
  • VMWare Virtualization Certification is beneficial.
