  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems, including machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
