We're looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software applications, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of full-stack engineers in delivering scalable and efficient solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their technical skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and execute new features and projects
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including leadership, customers, and partners
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a Technical Lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus
