As a Hardware Engineer at Phinity Labs, you will collaborate with researchers to create complex RTL design and verification challenges. This remote/hybrid position offers flexible hours based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires developing realistic RTL design and verification problems that mirror industry complexity and best practices. Additionally, you will build and optimize containerized environments for AI agent training in hardware design workflows.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
  • Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
  • Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
Skills

This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. You should also be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
