**Job Title:** SAP Master Data Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, creating, and maintaining master data integrity in the SAP-ERP system/MDG system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required information, create and maintain part numbers and master data, and process engineering change notifications/engineering change requests control.

Some of your key responsibilities will include setting up Kanban and backflush for the RM of all Product Families, working with Global Engineering teams on updating documents, and providing technical data to Logistics and Trade Compliance Teams for HSN code allotment of commodities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting key projects and business processes for creating, changing, and deleting SAP Master Data, as well as training and supporting the material master request form.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by improving efficiencies, service levels, increasing accuracy, and reducing costs associated with maintenance and creation of master data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or ETC Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma with specialization in Electronics & Communications, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a similar role.

You should have indepth knowledge on SAP Systems, understand BOM & Routing structure, and be capable of reading product drawings.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing working environment is also required. Additionally, you should have demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines, regularly contact, influence, and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issues, and have basic knowledge of fiber optics are essential skills for this role.
