Job Role: An experienced Integration Specialist with expertise in designing and deploying integration solutions.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in integration technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy and maintain integration solutions using SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, and MuleSoft technologies.
  • Develop business-to-business (B2B) and application-to-application (A2A) integrations.
  • Implement authentication and authorization for cloud-to-on-premises and cloud-cloud applications, including SAP to SAP and SAP to non-SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop custom API connectors to integrate various software applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining integration documentation and training materials.
  • Integration developers will be responsible for all SAP BTP needs for internal demos and customer projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of overall Integration experience is required.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as OData, PI/PO, CPI, Cloud connector, open connectors, SAP BTP, and Event Mesh is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft is preferred.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, and Groovy script are essential.
  • API development and management expertise is required.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization principles is necessary.
  • Experience in data mapping and transformation is essential.
  • Strong experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), REST, and web services is required.
  • Familiarity with GIT and related operations is necessary.
  • Good understanding of SAP development environments such as Business Application Studio (BAS), GIT, and static code analysis tools is required.
  • Ability to work across multiple BTP development areas, including API integrations, is essential.
  • Experience in developing integrations and apps on SAP BTP cloud is required.
  • Ability to create sub-accounts using global administration BTP role for integrations to SAP cloud-based or on-premises integrations is necessary.
  • Familiarity with consuming REST/ODATA APIs is required.
  • Experience in developing extensions of cloud applications on SAP BTP (or SAP SCP) and S/4HANA Cloud (or SAP Cloud solutions) using key user and side-by-side extension tools is essential.
  • Experience working in AI/GenAI based solutions is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of SAP GenAI capabilities is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
