As a seasoned Creative Visionary, you will lead our company's artistic endeavors and shape the visual identity of our brand. You will create work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy, speaking to a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

About this role:

  • You will design visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with the company strategy and tone.
  • You will mentor junior designers, helping them grow while ensuring the highest standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • You will maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • You will translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • You will stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, and apply them where appropriate.
  • You will manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, showcasing expertise in minimalist, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Able to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the company message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, sensitive to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
