Visual Storyteller Role

As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams to bring innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals, ensuring consistency and impact across all content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visually striking designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet expectations.
  • Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed to elevate our brand's visual appeal.
  • Ensure seamless brand consistency across all design work, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is highly valued).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
