Financial Growth Leader

Talasha has been mandated to hire a professional for a fin-tech startup that offers treasury-as-a-service to corporates via their Agentic AI Platform. This platform helps MSMEs manage their cost of money and transactions, especially for handling foreign remittances, making the cost of banking transparent and helping them build the right capital structures.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for building client relationships from ground up, prospecting corporates (MSMEs and MNCs) for adopting the fintech's proprietary treasury as a service platform. They will also be required to advise clients on managing their business exposure to currency/rates markets through the treasury Agentic AI platform.

In this role, the ideal candidate will devise strategies and plans to grow the Taas footprint at the city level. They will also impart operational expertise in for-ex, treasury, and corporate borrowings to the team and ensure seamless delivery of the product.

The Financial Growth Leader will be responsible for managing marquee client relationships while ensuring retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services of the treasury platform. Additionally, they will orchestrate and lead large accounts, ensuring business relationship management, efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have up to 5 years experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, for-ex, commercial borrowings, and/or trade. They should possess strong business development and account management skills, along with a network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai. An entrepreneurial attitude and start-up hustle are also essential for this position.
