Guiding Students to Academic Success

As an Education Counselor, you will play a critical role in assisting students navigate the admissions process and providing them with detailed information about our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and target-driven, and have a proven ability to meet goals. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining accurate records of daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guidance to prospective students on selecting the right program for their educational needs.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise records of daily walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and assigned leads from various sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey by offering solutions that meet their needs and preferences.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with students, colleagues, and management.

They will work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of student queries.
