Job Title: Sanctions Screening Expert

The KYC & Sanctions Screening Analyst role is under the Global Legal Compliance team. This position will be located in a shared service centre and will report to the Compliance & Sanctions Screening Manager within.

About the Role:

This position involves reviewing and resolving false positives from automated daily ongoing screening, manual uploads of names for initial screening, extracting data from the system and forwarding screening results to relevant parties, and elevating potential true matches to appropriate parties for further investigation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sanction Law Requirements: Ensure that all screening procedures are followed consistently with a documented audit trail for all KYC & sanction match resolution actions taken.
  • Data Extraction: Extract data from JLL's sanctions screening system and forward it to others for escalation and resolution procedures.
Requirements:
  • A good knowledge and understanding of sanction law requirements, AML Regulations, and KYC best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical skills to navigate JLL's sanctions screening system, extract data from the system, and forward to others for escalation and resolution procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
  • Evaluate effectively the efficiency of screening procedures.
