We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build observability platforms using OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, traces).
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python.
  • Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes.
  • Build & optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD).
  • Drive IT maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

About this role

You will be working on designing and implementing observability solutions that enable organizations to scale with reliability and performance.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus).
  • Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX).
  • Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience.
