About Smart Moves Consultants

We are a leading organization in the Architecture Product, Interior Product & Building Materials Industry, seeking a highly skilled professional to take charge of site installations and coordination activities. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time role involving frequent travel across pan India and abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Prepare detailed planning sheets, supervise assigned teams, and execute projects as per client requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of technicians and workers, fostering a healthy work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless coordination between factory and client facilities.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 1 year of work experience, with freshers also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Leadership qualities, multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic computer knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skills, with an estimated annual salary of ₹10-15 lakhs (CTC). However, this may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
