Cloud Engineering Leader

As a Cloud Engineering Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge products.

Your responsibilities will include architecting automated migration pipelines for teams to transition their applications to Kubernetes, developing automation for Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs for critical platform components, collaborating with development teams to build platform capabilities, conducting capacity planning and performance testing to ensure platform scalability, actively participating in pairing, code reviews, unit testing, and secure deployments to deliver secure and quality code, staying updated on the latest Kubernetes and platform engineering trends and applying them to solve complex challenges, and taking ownership and accountability of deliverables while mentoring other team members.

  • Design and implement scalable architecture solutions for cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership within the company.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance technical skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
