  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clean work areas and supplies, maintaining a clean and professional environment at all times.

Additionally, we require our team members to:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
  • Complete safety training and certifications, prioritizing the well-being of ourselves and our guests.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, engaging with them in a clear and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, reaching overhead and below the knees as needed.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least one year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  • License or Certification: None.
