Job Overview:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating various supply operations activities. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver value to internal customers across all divisions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IPRs, Global Cohort / PSDS MAP requests, and timely replenishment of protocols under GGO portfolio
  • Support project managers for forecasting, demand & supply planning
  • Track end-to-end MAP requests for timely delivery of drugs to patients
  • Coordinate with CMR for approvals and documents pre- and post-shipment
  • Archive MAP supplies-related documents in the approved repository for audit readiness
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and MAP performance reports
  • Manage inventory, track stock levels, and highlight replenishment needs
  • Support project managers in efficient inventory utilization and stock reconciliation
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and coordinate with ESP for MAP supplies
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing packaging, labeling, and distribution activities
  • Support new associates during onboarding and role-specific training

Essential Skills:

  • Proactively report deviations through timely escalations
  • Implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity
  • Regularly communicate with customers and partners for feedback and knowledge acquisition
  • Ensure training on relevant procedures before taking up GxP activities
  • Be well-versed in GxP requirements
