Roles & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Direction

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for day-to-day Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring for Openlink Endur/Findur implementations.
  • Oversight of incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams and clients to align operational strategies with business goals and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Process Improvement and Automation

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation where feasible.
  • Ensure robust documentation practices, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Business Development and Client Engagement

  • Support pre-sales and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Talent Management and Development

  • Mentor and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Manage resource planning, hiring, and talent pipeline development to support current and future project needs.
