  • Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to develop comprehensive hiring strategies, aligning with business growth objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer closure, for diverse roles across departments.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline through active and passive candidate networks, ensuring quick access to top talent when new opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance employer branding by participating in local and national career fairs, attracting a diverse pool of talented individuals.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies in collaboration with HR leadership and senior management, driving business results.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and publish them on relevant platforms, leveraging leading job boards, social networks, and professional platforms.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams to understand departmental dynamics, hiring needs, and job specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment, preferably in India staffing.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English, Tamil, and Kannada is essential.
  • A proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments is required.
