Project Development Specialist

A successful construction manager is needed to oversee projects from start to finish. Ensure that all work meets industry standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

• Supervise day-to-day operations on construction sites to guarantee compliance with architectural plans and safety protocols.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret project specifications and provide feedback on site progress.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify that all construction work adheres to industry norms and client expectations.
• Lead and mentor construction personnel, ensuring effective communication and efficient task execution to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, materials used, and labor hours, and report any discrepancies or issues to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management within the architecture and planning industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
