Cloud Security Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to design and implement cloud-based security architectures for applications and services.

This is a critical role that requires expertise in securing Kubernetes, container orchestration technologies, and deployment automation tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Azure and be able to develop and maintain secure DevSecOps practices and policies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls and provide expertise on cloud security best practices. They will also stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the organization's security posture remains strong.

About this Role
  • Design and implement cloud-based security architecture for applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain secure DevSecOps practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls.
  • Provide expertise on cloud security best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the organization's security posture remains strong.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a cloud security engineering or site reliability engineering role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in securing Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
  • Experience in Python or another programming language for developing security products or DevSecOps infrastructure.
  • Experience building and operationalizing SOAR, DevSecOps, and IaC tools for cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with deployment automation tools such as Terraform, Helm, Atlantis, and BuildKite.
  • Understanding of threat modeling and implementation.
