Leading React Developer for Innovative Healthcare Solutions

Nuchange Informatics is a leading healthcare technology company specializing in end-to-end software development and implementation services globally. As a Leading React Developer, you will be part of our dynamic team working on our product platform, Nuacare.

Nuacare is a cutting-edge automation solution designed to drive digital transformation in hospitals, enhancing patient care and reducing costs.

You will work with the latest web and mobile technologies to develop and maintain dynamic, interactive, and responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards;
  • Omitting application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth cross-browser and cross-device compatibility;
  • Leading code reviews and ensuring high-quality standards across the team;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies and applying them in your day-to-day work;
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving front-end application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience;
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers, helping them grow in their React development skills;
  • Collaborating in Agile methodologies and participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience: 4+ years of professional experience in React.js development;
  • Proficiency in React: Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, hooks, state management, context API, and component lifecycle;
  • State Management: Strong experience with Redux, React Context, or other state management libraries;
  • JavaScript​: Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and its core concepts (promises, async/await, modules);
  • Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, ensuring web applications are mobile-friendly and accessible;
  • API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to fetch and display dynamic data;
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and best practices for branch management, pull requests, and code reviews;
  • Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
