A Field Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. They should also be able to analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy development and implementation, as well as effective time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with customers by understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
- Cross-Sales: Identify opportunities to sell life insurance products to existing customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on life insurance products and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive cross-sales growth and customer retention.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in life insurance sales, preferably in a field or relationship management role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of life insurance products and markets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
