Senior Business Analyst Position

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of strategic engagements. Your expertise will be invaluable in facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general IT business analysis, with a strong background in e-commerce domain. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Hands-on experience in implementing commerce platforms (2-3 years)
  • A concrete understanding of application lifecycle frameworks

You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements
  2. Providing analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs
  3. Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
