Data Analyst and AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and AI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data science team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and optimization methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of solutions following CRISP-DM methodologies.
  • Understanding of optimization methodologies, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to the business problem.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, transforming findings into tasks, and proactively approaching areas where improvement is needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, and experience with ML libraries and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience working in cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure) and familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts.
  • Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and Agile project management.
  • Able to apply independent research, gather information, and give recommendations on solving problems of diverse scope.
