About the Role

Our company is seeking an experienced software developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend systems and be able to take end-to-end ownership of development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services using JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs (and GraphQL if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and experience with frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or similar.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
