Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Backend Development: Expertise in Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Advanced skills in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction
