Job Opportunity: Production Manager

The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all production activities to ensure operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, manage teams and resources, and drive workflows to achieve production targets in a safe and compliant manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage resources, time, and manpower to optimize production output.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and analyze production MIS reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver clear and effective presentations and communication to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensure workplace adherence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Production Management is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
  • Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization is required.
