Job Title: Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing
Key Accountabilities:a. Execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns with multiple agencies, managing media plans, quotations and analysis.
b. Track campaign spend vs leads and maintain records.
c. Coordinate with digital agencies for social, SEO, content, blog, website and landing pages.
d. Prepare monthly calendars for social handles and other content.
e. Monitor online content and coordinate with agencies to manage negative/positive content.
Knowledge of SFDC is essential for API integration and campaign creation:
a. Create advertisements and generate reports in SFDC.
b. Measure digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Web Trends.
c. Work with graphic designers/agencies to develop required creatives for digital campaigns.
d. Collaborate with influencers to maximize reach.
Operational Responsibilities:
a. Drive SEO, SMO (or SEM) and performance marketing campaigns for lead generation with knowledge of web analytics and design.
b. Knowledge of SFDC integration with third-party tools is an added advantage.
c. Develop and implement targeted digital campaigns.
d. Plan, manage and execute online events/webinars.
e. Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of digital campaigns activities.
f. Determine and manage digital campaigns budget with focus on cost and quality.
g. Collaborate with sales function to understand specific targets and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
a. Excellent communication skills.
b. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
c. Preferably knowledge of Real Estate Marketing or Agency.
d. Experience in handling agencies.
e. Good knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
f. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
