We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in Gurugram.

This role involves coordinating warehousing and distribution activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse tasks and meet performance metrics
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Familiarize yourself with warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to maintain high stock accuracy
  • Generate MIS reports monthly, weekly, and daily
  • Adhere to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • C coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, check bills of vendors as per agreement
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • Experience 2~5 years working in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centers
  • Knowledge in WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate, proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Able to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
