Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Team Lead to spearhead a dynamic team of engineers in designing and implementing advanced control systems for large-scale automation solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ Controls Engineers, ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.

Key Competencies

  • Strong leadership with proven experience managing 15+ engineers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in high-demand project environments.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with a focus on delivery within time.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in the design and execution of integrated control systems.
  • Ability to align control designs with mechanical and electrical project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required).
  • Prior experience in automation solutions strongly preferred.
