Main Qualifications and Skills:

  • Be ready to innovate and explore possibilities in Process Automation
  • Understand requirements from Functional team and convert them into Automation script
  • Work cross-functionally with business operations and SMEs to create and optimize workflow processes
  • Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs
  • Have 4 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath Testing Capabilities and UiPath Test Developer
  • Certifications are preferred
  • Have 2 years of experience in programming languages like VB Script, Java Script, Python, etc.
  • Be able to design technical specification documents for Automation Projects
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is essential
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic is required
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary
  • Superior time and task management skills are essential
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and complex troubleshooting methods are required
  • Understanding of SAP modules (Supply, FI, O2I, etc.) is preferable
  • Engineering degree in CS, IT, etc. is preferred
