Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential catchment areas of retail liabilities customers and creating a database of customer leads through door-to-door visits, references, and the distribution of promotional materials.">
- Customer Engagement: Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and present them with suitable products, explaining features and benefits. Communicate clearly with customers on product requirements and document submission procedures.">
- Account Management: Verify customer documents, handle them with care and confidentiality, and complete account opening processes accurately to enhance customer experience. Maintain continuous communication with customers on account status and assist them with additional products and services.">
- Network Development: Build reference networks from newly signed-up customers for potential leads and regularly update Daily Sales Reports. Discuss plans, action items, and progress with supervisors.">

Desired Experience:

- 1-4 years of experience in field sales roles, meeting customers in person daily to explain products or follow up on previous meetings.">
- Presentable and articulate individuals with experience in CASA acquisition, direct sales, or consumer durables are preferred.">
- Fresher graduates with certification from banking or sales training institutes may also be considered.">
