About Our Role:

As a seasoned IT professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynatrace with various tools and systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthetic Monitoring and Alarm Management: Utilize your strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management to optimize Dynatrace performance and minimize false positives.
  • IT Service Management Tools: Leverage your experience with ServiceNow or similar tools to integrate Dynatrace alerts and ensure smooth incident management.
  • Liaison Role: Collaborate with application and platform teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Employ your problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot user issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Alerting and Incident Management: Define and fine-tune alerts, integrate Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling, and ensure timely notification.
  • Expertise in ITIL Practices: Apply your knowledge of ITIL principles to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful Dynatrace integrations.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Dynatrace setup and configuration, synthetic monitoring, alarm management, and IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a customer-centric approach.
