About the Role

Deliver technical innovation by identifying exceptional talent and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.
  • Direct project technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with implementation teams for seamless hand-offs and successful outcomes.
  • Work as both an individual contributor and project leader, depending on project scope and size.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
Required Skills
  • Exceptional customer interfacing and pre-sale skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentation, and tuning.
  • Strong skills in RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication.
  • Proven experience as a senior technical contributor, planning and leading RTL logic design development projects.
  • Expertise in test bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs.
  • Proven experience in customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork.
  • Contributed to multiple project tapeouts.
  • Hands-on experience in designing complex SOC designs.
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required for design projects.
  • FPGA design and verification knowledge.
  • Experience with different protocols.
  • Ability to create and drive proposals.
  • Occasional travel for short periods and on-site work at customer premises may be required.
