A Business Process Designer is a professional responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving business workflows. Their primary objective is to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness.

To achieve this goal, they collaborate with business users to define product requirements and use cases. They design continuous monitoring and feedback collection systems, facilitate process redesign, and serve as liaisons to the business community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop process improvements
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless process implementation

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS)
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques
  • Effective communication skills, including presentation and written communication
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS)
  • 15 years full-time education
