About the Role:

">
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our critical systems. This includes implementing monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health, performance, and capacity planning.
  • You will also develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual intervention and improve deployment efficiency.
  • In addition, you will respond to incidents, lead post-incident analysis, and drive efforts to prevent recurrences through detailed root cause analysis.
  • You will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in infrastructure, databases, applications, and networking, and collaborate with development teams to design systems that are highly scalable and optimized for performance and cost.
  • Furthermore, you will build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate deployments and improve delivery cycles.
  • You will also develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure that our systems are resilient and capable of fast recovery.
  • Additionally, you will monitor and forecast resource utilization and implement cost-effective scaling strategies.
  • Last but not least, you will ensure that all systems meet or exceed security and compliance requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Infrastructure role
  • Programming languages: Python, NodeJS, Bash, etc.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Monitoring and logging tools: New relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Code Pipeline, GitLab CI, CircleCI
  • Version control: Git
  • Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Networking: DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls
